Tony Lander appointed as CEO of Spectra Training

“I am delighted to announce that Tony Lander has been appointed CEO of Spectra Training, effective 28 April 2014” said Gary Cobbledick, Spectra’s Managing Director.

Tony’s most recent role was as CEO of Franklyn Scholar, one of Australia’s largest and most reputable RTOs. Franklyn Scholar is owned by the Kaplan Group, a giant US education company.

Tony has worked at Franklyn Scholar for the past 14 years, through 4 changes of ownership. Over this period of time he has worked as Administration Manager, Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Chief Operating Officer and CEO. Accordingly, he has an excellent understanding of all aspects of RTO operations.

Tony has a Bachelor of Adult Learning and Development from Monash University, a Diploma of Project Management and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment.
